Georgian houses are best long-term investment

Georgian houses attract a 43% price premium and have now recovered to less than 5% below their peak 2007 prices, according to new research form Savills and Knight Frank. As an investment, in other words, they significantly outperform other types; the next best performers are Victorian homes with a 20% premium.
